Developer is responsible for designing developing integrating deploying and supporting artificial intelligence solutions across a broad range of business engineering and customer use cases The role supports the full AI solution lifecycle from research and prototyping through production deployment optimization and scale The individual will work with machine learning generative AI intelligent automation agentic AI and emerging technologies to deliver secure reliable maintainable and reusable enterprise AI solutions This role is not limited to a specific technology platform or use case and requires the ability to adapt as AI technologies customer needs and business requirements evolve Qualifications & Technical Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Computer Engineering Software Engineering or a related technical fieldStrong proficiency in Python with a solid foundation in software engineering and application developmentStrong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning including generative AI and emerging AI technologiesExperience with or knowledge of commonly used AIML libraries and frameworksUnderstanding of AI agents intelligent automation information retrieval embeddings semantic search and vector based data retrievalExperience developing and integrating APIs backend services databases data pipelines and AIML capabilities into applicationsWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server PostgreSQL or equivalent technologiesProficiency with Git and source control practices in a collaborative software development environmentExperience with or exposure to additional enterprise development technologies such as CNETExperience with web application development including JavaScriptTypeScript and modern frameworks such as React is preferredFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker application deployment and environment configuration and troubleshootingUnderstanding of cloud on premises and hybrid environments and considerations for deploying and operating AI solutionsUnderstanding of production software and qualifications The role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan The posted salary range represents a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience skills qualifications internal equity and business needs On Site Requirements This position requires a full on site presence 5 days per week during the first 46 months Following that period the role will be on site four days per week including Monday Wednesday and Thursday with the fourth on site day alternating
