Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pmElectrical Source is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, reconciliation, and process improvement initiatives. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate issuance of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), while providing internal reporting and financial analysis to support company goals and objectives.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong technical accounting knowledge, and takes ownership of financial accuracy and process improvement.Key Responsibilities Manage month-end close reporting and reconciliation processesPerform general ledger account reconciliations and detailed account analysisComplete bank account reconciliationsAssist in financial forecasting and budgeting activitiesConduct financial and operational process auditsPrepare and review financial statementsPerform project-based financial analysis and reportingIdentify and implement process improvement initiativesSupport other accounting department objectives and special projects as assignedPerformance MetricsPerformance will be measured by:Achievement of established objectives and deadlinesAccuracy and timeliness of financial reportingResponsiveness to unexpected assignments and day-to-day operational demandsContribution to process improvement and operational efficienciesOverall professionalism and effectiveness during performance reviewsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance requiredThree to five years of related accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAPFixed asset accounting experience requiredSales tax and intercompany reconciliation experience requiredInternational accounting experience preferred * Experience with Epicor P21 a plusKnowledge & Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepanciesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyPositive attitude and collaborative work styleCompensation The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 — $95,000 per year.
Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This position is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus opportunity based on company performance.Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting Day 1
