Job Summary And Qualifications The senior account services specialist supports the AVP of account services and directors of account services by assisting with corporate project coordination, internal communication, and day-to-day operational tasks across marketing and creative initiatives. This role focuses on organization, accuracy, and follow-through, helping ensure work moves smoothly between teams. This role keeps projects organized, teams aligned, and the details handled—while building a strong foundation in account management.

This position is ideal for someone early in their account or marketing career who wants exposure to how in-house teams operate and collaborate. The role is designed as a stepping stone on the accounts team, with increasing responsibility for projects, stakeholders, and decision-making over time.

What you will do in this role: Account and Stakeholder Support

  • Assist with day-to-day communication between internal teams and stakeholders
  • Help prepare meeting agendas, notes, and status updates and transfer them to the project management system
  • Track requests, timelines and action items
  • Escalate questions or issues to account leadership when needed

Project Coordination

  • Creation and maintenance of project timelines
  • Support project timelines and task tracking across teams
  • Help coordinate project kickoffs and follow-up communications
  • Track deliverables through review and approval processes
  • Maintain organized project documentation and files

Creative Services Support

  • Assist with gathering information needed for briefs and requests
  • Help ensure feedback is collected and shared clearly
  • Support consistency with brand guidelines and project requirements
  • Proof materials for accuracy and completeness when needed
  • Assist in the creation of briefs and pitch decks for clients
  • Decipher and communicate accurate client feedback to the creative services team

Operational Support

  • Lead print and print vendor management support, ensuring quality, accurate specs, timelines and communication with internal design team
  • Assist with basic budget tracking and purchase order coordination
  • Help monitor scope changes and flag them to account leadership
  • Support scheduling, resourcing coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Keep tools and trackers up to date (project management systems, status reports etc.)
  • Maintain project status in project management tool (Workfront)

Team Collaboration & Learning

  • Act as a reliable, professional point of contact for internal teams
  • Ask questions and seek clarity to improve processes
  • Learn internal workflows, tools, and best practices
  • Contribute positively to team culture through organization and teamwork
  • What qualifications you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, creative development or similar fields
  • 3 years’ experience in a strategic account or project role for a creative or marketing department in a corporation or agency
  • 2+ years’ project management platform experience
  • Comfortably partner and communicate with team members and stakeholders to easily build and cultivate relationships
  • Manage ambiguity and change with patience and grace
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexity and urgency
  • Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
