Job Requirements
Candidates must meet Delaware licensure requirements, including:
- Valid Delaware SLP license from the Division of Professional Regulation
- Certification from the Delaware Department of Education for school-based work
- Graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology
- ASHA certification preferred
Job Duties
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing student speech and communication challenges
- Creating and carrying out personalized therapy plans
- Supporting IEP goal development and delivery
- Coordinating with school staff and families
- Maintaining detailed records and progress reports
