Position Summary: Qualifications: Education/Training

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in typing and processing high-volume calls with speed and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management Systems (RMS).

Experience Preferred one (1) year experience in a business office setting with telephone responsibility or PBX/Telephone operator and/or public safety type communications experience on multi-channel radio.
