Security Analyst – Cybersecurity Focus

Requirements

Must have:

– A University Degree or equivalent experience is typically required – Less than 2 years of relevant experience in personnel security or related fields – Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Familiarity with software such as JIRA, JADE, DISS, Access Commander, and eSecurity

Responsibilities:

• Request and verify the accuracy and completeness of security paperwork from candidates – Review and process personnel clearance requests for access to classified programs – Upload Personnel Security Questionnaires (PSQ) into the eSecurity database – Submit justification for personnel security clearance for eligible candidates – Enforce federal security regulations relevant to our operations – Participate in security compliance inspections as needed – Safeguard employee personal information as per the Privacy Act and applicable government regulations
