Seasonal Onsite Recruiter
Elwood Staffing would like to inform job seekers about potential employment scams that involve individuals posing as our recruiters to solicit job seekers with job opportunities unrelated to our company. This issue has been reported in multiple states. The text scam poses as an Elwood Staffing recruiter and urges job seekers to apply for a fraudulent job. Some have reported they are being asked to contact them using Whatsapp to pay for computer equipment and background checks.What steps should you take if you suspect you’ve received a fraudulent text?
- Job-seekers who receive an unsolicited text, email, or similar message suggesting it is from Elwood Staffing should not provide any information.
- If you have clicked a suspicious link or shared your information, take steps to secure your personal and financial accounts immediately. Review and dispute any unauthorized charges.
Helping you stay secure – how to recognize a scam
- Elwood Staffing does not utilize mobile apps or messenger services to connect with job seekers. We will not reach out to you through or suggest that you use WhatsApp or other messaging platforms outside of regular SMS text messaging for communication.
- Our recruiters will never ask for personal information such as your social security number, date of birth, or bank information prior to onboarding. During onboarding you will enter your information and passcode protect it.

$28.00 to $31.00 /hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Partner closely with HR and department managers to identify hiring needs across warehouse and support teams

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers

Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume roles

Track applicants and keep accurate, up-to-date records in the recruiting system

Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience from application through onboarding
Seasonal Onsite Recruiter Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with operations teams
