The Role
- Coach a team to its highest performance levels, ensuring successful project delivery aligned with customer expectations.
- Ensure a clear understanding of Agile principles and approaches by the team and key stakeholders.
- Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to support sustainable process improvements.
- Focus the team on achieving sprint goals and key project outcomes.
- Drive operational excellence for challenging Navy modernization efforts.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and Agile Metrics.
- A Secret security clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
