Position: Scrum Master
Location:6125 E 21st Street, Indianapolis, IN (remote on Mondays & Wednesdays)
Duration: 6–month contract to hire
Pay rate range:$60/hr-$65/hr
Must-haves
- 4 years of experience as an engineer/senior software engineer
- 1 year as a scrum master
- Scrum certified

Day to Day: Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to guide and coach one or more of our development teams in applying the Scrum framework effectively. The SCM will focus on producing timely and relevant software releases to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities include: facilitation of scrum ceremonies, backlog management support, impediment removal, value delivery focus, coaching/mentoring, and scrum process adherence.
