• Education Requirements: Full license & Limited license in School Social Work or equivalent
• Certifications Requirements: Valid school social worker license
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience; experience with IEP and Eval processes in a school setting
• Other Requirements: Reliable, in-person work in school environment, familiarity with elementary buildings (Dicken and Lawton), ability to work full-time, Days shift schedule, training on EMR preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and implement IEP goals for elementary students at Dicken and Lawton schools.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop individualized support plans.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments as required in a school environment.
• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all student interactions.
