School Occupational Therapist Job Leave Coverage (OctDec 2025) Full-Time
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Blazer Jobs is interviewing for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide leave coverage in a partnered school district. This contract runs from October 14, 2025, through December 19, 2025 , with a weekly schedule of 32.5 hours (8:00 a.m. 2:45 p.m.).
The OT will primarily serve one elementary school and provide additional support to two other elementary campuses as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students.

Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring.

Support IEP development and implementation.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success.

Assist other OTs within the district to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current state OT license and registration with NBCOT.
-
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
-
Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
