This role offers:Guaranteed 35 hours per weekAdditional $1.00/hour added to your base pay, $21.00/hour for BasehorFlexibility to support multiple locations and teamsThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and wants to be a key part of a supportive transportation team.General School Bus Driver Responsibilities:A School Bus Driver is responsible for transporting students safely and on time from their pickup point to school and back. This includes performing pre-trip inspections, ensuring child safety, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.Key Responsibilities: Safely transport students to and from school and activitiesArrive at destinations on schedulePerform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspectionsConduct child checks after each routeUse navigation tools to plan efficient routesMaintain a clean, fueled, and well-maintained vehicleKeep accurate mileage and maintenance recordsInteract with students, parents, and staff in a professional mannerPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2 years experience driving a school busMust have current valid CDL with S and P endorsements as well as air brake certificationMust be able to travel to other locations or states as requiredDemonstrated success driving a variety of different routesBenefits Available Medical Fixed-Payment IndemnityDentalVision Accident PlanCritical IllnessVoluntary Short-Term Disability PlanVoluntary Life/AD&D PlanHoliday/PTODS Bus Lines, INC.
