What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage scheduling tasks effectively by understanding project operations and workflow processes
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications as the primary contact for scheduling inquiries
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of scheduling tasks by communicating with relevant parties
  • Document all interactions within the RVM system to maintain accurate records
  • Escalate cases requiring additional oversight or assistance to management

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of customer care experience, including roles in call centers or retail
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines with strong organizational skills
