What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop pre-construction and construction job schedules to ensure timely and profitable job completion
• Lead the development of bid, proposal, and project schedules in collaboration with project teams and subcontractors
• Monitor and update the quality of project team schedule updates and prepare monthly schedule reports
• Perform delay and productivity analysis to support change orders and claims
• Assist project teams with recommendations for preserving rights for changes and claims

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of construction experience, including 5 years of scheduling experience
• Demonstrated experience with construction-related scheduling using Critical Path Method
• Proficiency with P6 Professional, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications

• Experience in scheduling and productivity claims
• Working knowledge of virtual construction technology systems
• Familiarity with financial management systems and construction cost accounting
