What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Supervise direct care staff as delegated by manager/supervisor
- Ensure community is adequately staffed to meet residents’ care and service needs
- Communicate and distribute associate schedules a minimum of one week in advance
- Manage on-call/after-hours business needs as assigned
- Complete daily billing in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and SOX regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of one year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting
- Basic understanding of the work environment and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with older adults
- Familiarity with corporate scheduling and billing systems
