Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Iowa Falls, IA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting customer onboarding and contributing to sales strategy development. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue and helping Sunrise Housing Inc achieve its business goals. Competitive base salary with progressive commission schedule. Work schedule includes Saturdays (non-negotiable).
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales of high-end items to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to design custom modular home floor plans in real time with on our in house CAD system.
- Proficient with all applicable business and communication software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in building client relationships and maintaining records of customer interactions
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively with diverse teams
