Position Overview

MARRAM Cabinetry is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to help drive business growth by developing strong relationships with high-value trade professionals, including established builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors.

This role is best suited for someone with proven sales experience, sound judgment, personal integrity, and the ability to cultivate serious business opportunities. The right candidate is polished, credible, disciplined, and capable of building trust with sophisticated clients while contributing meaningfully to the company’s long-term sales success.

Primary Objective

The primary objective of this role is to identify and engage high-potential trade clients who are a strong fit for MARRAM Cabinetry, build relationships with them through consistent client development efforts, and guide them toward meaningful next steps with our team, including showroom visits, meetings, and the quoting process.

This role is not limited to simply booking appointments. It is fundamentally about generating qualified business opportunities, bringing aligned trade professionals into our ecosystem, and helping establish the foundation for long-term client relationships and active accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other trade professionals who are well aligned with the MARRAM brand
  • Generate and pursue qualified sales opportunities with a focus on substantial projects and long-term account development
  • Represent MARRAM Cabinetry with professionalism and credibility in showroom meetings, client conversations, and external relationship-building efforts
  • Engage prospective clients with a clear understanding of our product offering, design positioning, and trade-focused business model
  • Identify firms, partners, and project opportunities that are a strong strategic fit for MARRAM Cabinetry
  • Guide qualified prospects toward showroom visits, leadership meetings, quoting opportunities, and active project discussions
  • Help cultivate a pipeline of serious trade relationships that can convert into long-term business accounts
  • Maintain organized records of prospect activity, client development efforts, follow-up, and account progress
  • Coordinate with leadership and internal team members to support the successful development of client relationships and sales opportunities
  • Represent the brand with consistency, maturity, and sound professional judgment at all times

Compensation

  • Base salary
  • Performance-based bonuses for qualified meetings
  • Additional incentives tied to meetings that convert into active accounts

Work Conditions

This is an on-site role based in our Pacific Palisades showroom. The position requires regular client-facing interaction, relationship development, and ongoing business development efforts aimed at bringing qualified trade professionals into the MARRAM ecosystem and converting those relationships into active accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a relationship-driven or high-value sales environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with professional clients
  • High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and follow-through
  • Grit, discipline, and a strong work ethic
  • Professional presence and sound judgment
  • Valid California driver’s license
  • Genuine interest in design, architecture, construction, or the luxury interiors space

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, or other trade professionals
  • Familiarity with cabinetry, interior furnishings, luxury interiors, architecture, or construction-related industries
  • Experience developing larger sales opportunities or long-term client accounts
  • Confidence interacting with sophisticated clients in both showroom and project-driven settings
