Sales Enablement Specialist
- Focused on Outbound Sales Marketing
- Build and execute 1:1 campaign strategies
- Drive upsell and cross-sell within existing customer base
- Campaigns related to Bill Pay & Capital Products (financial product exposure is a plus)
- Heavy collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams
- Manage expectations in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Required Experience
- 1–2 years in Outbound Sales Marketing (sales-focused)
- 3–5 years overall experience
- Proven project management experience with Sales teams
- Customer-obsessed mindset
- Comfortable handling challenges and diverse personalities
Preferred Background
- Sales-driven Product Marketing or Sales driven Lifecycle Marketing
- Customer Success / Customer Management background also considered
- Experience influencing sales performance through marketing
