We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our Founding Team and help us keep up with demand. Join us in modernizing one of the world’s oldest and most essential industries.
The Role
This is a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
You’ll be on the front lines of Sonant’s growth – connecting with potential customers, building pipeline, and helping shape the foundation of our outbound sales engine.
What You’ll Do
- Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on our ideal customer profile
- Book discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Handle objections and confidently engage decision-makers
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline visibility in CRM

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, or competitive experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Interest in SaaS or B2B sales
- Based in Pensacola, FL

Compensation
- Competitive base salary uncapped commission
