Sales Development Manager

SympleTax is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, speaking with individuals who are seeking help resolving their tax issues and guiding them toward the next step in the process.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by performance, and eager to grow within a high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Contact inbound and outbound leads to introduce SympleTax services

• Qualify potential clients by understanding their tax situation and needs

• Schedule consultations with senior tax specialists or case managers

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead activity in the CRM

• Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline

• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth client handoff

Qualifications

• Previous sales, call center, or lead generation experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation

Starting pay: $25 per hour

• Commission on qualified conversions

• Performance-based earning potential with uncapped upside
