WHAT YOU’LL DO (Day-to-Day)

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct 15+ calls per day with prospective applicants (30-minute scheduled consultations), presenting the unique value of an InsideSuccess.TV feature and TV marketing.
  • Pipeline Management: Track leads daily, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all compliance and admin tasks are completed.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand with enthusiasm as the face of InsideSuccess.TV to business owners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Elite Experience: Proven experience in business development, media, advertising, consulting, OR a background as a Founder/Executive.
  • Business Acumen: The ability to hold strategic conversations with small to medium-sized business owners looking to scale.
  • Discipline & Compliance: Ability to handle high call volume, follow established protocols for admin/reporting, and willingness to record all calls for transparency.
  • Remote Professionalism: A calm, professional demeanor with top-tier communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission-Only Structure: Earn 10% on all closed sales (Packages range from $10k to $200k).
  • OTE: Projected $100k to $250k+ per year, depending on volume and skill.
