RRT Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

- Current NBRC (RRT) certification and Indiana license
- Valid ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, including at least 18 months of recent ICU experience
- Proficiency in neuro diagnostics procedures
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to float between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan facilities
- Shift availability for every other weekend (EOW)
- Capable of working 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with neuro diagnostic equipment
- Familiarity with advanced airway management
- Additional certifications in specialized respiratory or neuro areas
- Experience working in a travel or agency setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Accredited educational program through CoARC
- Regionally accredited through CHEA
- At least 2 years of clinical experience with recent ICU exposure
Other Requirements:
- Valid Indiana Respiratory Therapist license
- Willingness to float between multiple hospital facilities
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites
- Basic life support certifications are mandatory; additional certifications are advantageous
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $50.69, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick time, a robust referral bonus program, and travel or licensure reimbursements when applicable.
