• Certification: NBRC (RRT), IN license required
• Valid ACLS and BCLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 18 months recent ICU experience
• Ability to float between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan facilities as needed
• Proficiency in neuro diagnostics and respiratory therapy procedures

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with neuro diagnostics beyond standard respiratory therapy
• Prior travel therapy experience
• Additional certifications in specialized areas of respiratory or neuro care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited program recognized by CoARC and regionally accredited through CHEA
• First-time travelers are encouraged to apply, with the necessary experience and credentials for seamless onboarding

Other Requirements:

• Shift: Night 4×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Travel and reimbursement for licensure, certifications, and related expenses when applicable
• Must be available for start date of January 26, 2026
• Two openings available for qualified candidates
