Working with experienced engineers to design/develop multi-chip modules
-
Designing semi-lumped RF matching networks, integrated passive devices, couplers, etc.

Running simulations using design tools such as Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, etc.

Participating and presenting in design reviews

Performing lab testing using standard RF test equipment

Troubleshooting and resolving design or technical issues

Collaborating with other engineers and technicians
Required Experience and Skills
-
Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering (or related) MS or PhD program
-
Commitment to work on site for 3 months or more

Strong desire to learn, grow and make impact

Strong career interest in RF/microwave engineering and electromagnetics

Willing to share knowledge and collaborate with others
-
Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook

Experience with Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS is highly preferred

Hands-on experience in lab using network analyzer and other RF instruments is highly preferred

Knowledge of PA design is a plus
LI-DJ1The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 – $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 – $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
