  • Process patient insurance information accurately and efficiently

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Insurance Counselors, Social Workers, Facility Admins) for seamless patient coverage
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous operational excellence ✨

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) πŸ’»
  • Experience with health insurance processes (billing, collections, verification, prior authorizations)
