π Schedule: Monday–Friday | Training 7am–3:30pm PST (flexible after training)

π§Ύ What You’ll Do
- Verify insurance for dialysis patients via portals and phone calls (outbound only π)
- Process patient insurance information accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with insurance payers to ensure timely reimbursements π΅
- Collaborate with internal teams (Insurance Counselors, Social Workers, Facility Admins) for seamless patient coverage
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous operational excellence β¨
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations π
β What We’re Looking For
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) π»
- Experience with health insurance processes (billing, collections, verification, prior authorizations)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment π

- Knowledge of revenue cycle, insurance rules, and reimbursement practices
- Experience with federal, state, or managed care payers
