Store Vision

Bricks & Minifigs is first and foremost a fun place for people of all ages to enjoy and explore their passion for LEGO. We facilitate this by providing excellent customer service and expert LEGO knowledge for all ages and abilities. We are a store that encourages customers to reuse, rebuild and reimagine with LEGO elements. Each Bricks & Minifigs location is locally owned, and part of a nationwide franchise, headquartered in Orem, UT.

Bricks & Minifigs is a LEGO buy, sell, trade & birthday party retail store. We offer a wide variety of new and retired LEGO sets, as well as selling bulk bricks, and individual minifigures.

We are looking for someone exceptional who wants to be a part of a dynamic store environment, where we are always challenging ourselves to improve and evolve with the changing market environments.

If you are or have…

Must be 21 years of age or older

Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service and retail sales, with proven ability to connect with people and drive sales (required)

Must be able to work weekday and weekend shifts

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (required)

Intermediate LEGO® building skills (required)

Familiarity with LEGO® products, past and present (preferred)

Solid knowledge of pop culture—franchises like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Marvel, and Star Wars are central to our daily work and customer engagement

Ability to work independently on a variety of changing projects

Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Friendly, outgoing personality with integrity and accountability

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable engaging with new people

Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay organized in a busy retail environment

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Willingness to take on other duties as needed to support store operations

Job Summary: Responsible for attending to customers in a sales capacity while also carrying out a variety of shared retail activities required for daily operation.

Responsibilities

Assist with events, marketing initiatives, and social media campaigns

Prepare products for display and support customer trade-in and selling activities

Deliver outstanding customer service by helping guests of all ages explore the store and discover products of interest

Contribute to a store atmosphere that balances a fun, casual environment with professionalism

Ensure the store environment is safe, organized, and welcoming for all customers

When not assisting customers, prioritize essential tasks with efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to direction

Support management in a variety of store operations, including merchandising, inventory, promotions, and marketing campaigns

Collaborate proactively and positively with supervisors and team members to achieve store goals

Take on additional duties as needed to support overall business operations

Most of your day will entail:

Building and repairing used sets;

Breaking down and certifying sets;

Sorting and cleaning bulk LEGO;

Organizing and stocking minifigures and sets (new and used);

Greeting customers when they enter the store;

Helping customers at checkout;

The job requires standing throughout the day with some lifting of heavy containers upwards of 50 pounds.

Retail sales and customer service skills are preferred. LEGO knowledge is required, experience with the product will be helpful.

Job Type: Full-time, In person Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour DOE
