An established hospitality group opening a new upscale casual restaurant in Bellport, NY on Long Island is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations.

This is an opportunity to help shape a new restaurant from the ground up, working alongside supportive ownership to build a steady, guest-focused culture and strong operational systems.

We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager who values consistency, supports their team during busy service, and maintains a calm, solutions-oriented presence on the floor.

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000–$70,000 annual salary (based on experience)

Mon–Thu 4pm–10pm

Fri–Sat 11am–11pm

Sun 10am–9pm

Responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations in this upscale casual Bellport restaurant, including:

  • Leading a team of 20 employees

  • Managing scheduling and labor controls

  • Supporting ordering and inventory oversight

  • Training and developing staff

  • Ensuring food safety and service standards

  • Maintaining a steady, professional presence during high-volume service

  • Partnering with ownership to establish efficient restaurant operations

Requirements

  • 2 years restaurant management experience (upscale casual or full-service preferred)

  • Experience managing teams of 20 employees

  • Strong leadership skills with a calm, even-tempered approach

  • Comfortable giving clear direction and constructive feedback

  • Organized and dependable under pressure

  • Stable work history

  • Food safety knowledge preferred

  • Reliable transportation (restaurant not accessible by public transportation)

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
