Job Summary Bay CSS is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager for our St Marys County MD location The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential programs and working with behaviors as well as being available on call 247 The Residential Program Manager will oversee day to day operations staff management and ensure high quality care within the residential program Qualifications Proven experience in managing residential programs and working with behaviors Capability to be on call 247 Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise staff and maintain a positive environment Knowledge of regulations and standards in human services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement program policies and procedures Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusivity Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the residential program including staff scheduling client activities and facility maintenance Recruit train and supervise residential program staff effectively Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure client well being and safety Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary improvements Collaborate with external agencies families and stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to clients Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards in the field Foster a positive inclusive living environment for clients Efficiently manage program budgets and resources Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry best practices and trends
