Duties
- Assist clients in planning and booking comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and local attractions to enhance customer experiences
- Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues or answer questions about their travel plans
- Coordinate with hotels and service providers to secure reservations and special requests aligned with client preferences
- Maintain detailed records of bookings, client preferences, and communication logs to ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Upsell additional services such as travel insurance or excursions to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities
- Stay updated on current travel trends, hotel experiences, and destination information to offer accurate guidance
