Remote Sales Agent
Position Overview
We are hiring Remote Sales Agents to connect with individuals who have requested information about life coverage. This is not a cold-calling role. You will be speaking with people who have already expressed interest.
No prior sales experience is required. Full training, structured scripts, and ongoing coaching are provided.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Speak with interested individuals (no cold outreach)
- Ask questions to understand their family and personal situation
- Explain available coverage options in clear, everyday language
- Help individuals determine what makes sense for their needs
- Follow up and maintain communication throughout the decision process
- Track activity and maintain accurate records

Compensation
This is a performance-based role. Earnings are directly tied to consistency, work ethic, and results. Team members who follow the system and maintain steady performance typically fall within the listed range, while top performers exceed it.
We are actively reviewing applications and scheduling interviews this week.
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
