Kforce Inc is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative within their Data Engineering Technology Team. This role involves managing Info Sec engineering projects using Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies while collaborating with various teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Info Sec engineering project(s) using Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product, and business teams to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
  • Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Skills

  • 5 years of project management experience in a technology or data-focused environment
  • Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and delivering technical projects
  • Strong understanding of data engineering and Info Sec concepts and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent preferred
