What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
- Provide one-on-one telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
- Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
- Input application and enrollment information into a web-based system
- Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide accurate information to customers
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively
