What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Provide one-on-one telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
  • Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
  • Input application and enrollment information into a web-based system
  • Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide accurate information to customers

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively
