  • Utilize company-provided equipment to effectively manage customer inquiries and dispatch technicians
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain organized and accurate work practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience
  • Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment
  • Must reside in the Kenosha, Wisconsin area
  • Dependable work ethic and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and pre-employment drug screen and background check
