About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Technical Recruiter to join our fast-paced team. This role is pivotal in helping us scale our engineering and technical support teams to meet our ambitious growth objectives. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and the Head of Talent to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and build a robust talent pipeline. Your efforts will directly influence our ability to build a world-class engineering team capable of driving our product development and customer success initiatives. This position offers high visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s growth trajectory by shaping our talent landscape.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
- Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates across multiple platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, hiring plans, and close top talent
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, BrightHire, or similar ATS and interview platforms (preferred)
- Creative mindset with the ability to find innovative sourcing channels and outreach strategies
- Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams and fostering inclusive hiring practices
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-growing startup environment
Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored hiring plans
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain authentic relationships with candidates, guiding them through the interview process
- Craft compelling job descriptions and outreach messaging to attract diverse candidates
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor recruiting metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies
- Collaborate with the broader People and Talent team to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Promote Miter’s culture and values to attract candidates who align with our mission and vision
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting
