About The Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts across multiple functions including engineering, product, finance, and operations, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to support Credit Genie’s growth and mission. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable sourcing strategies, leveraging data and AI tools to optimize hiring processes, and fostering diverse and inclusive pipelines. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, collaborative, and possess a proven track record in recruiting within fast-paced, innovative environments. This role offers an opportunity to shape the company’s talent acquisition strategy and contribute significantly to building a high-performing, diverse team that drives our mission forward.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in innovative, scaling organizations
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions including engineering, product, finance, and business roles
- Experience building and implementing recruiting strategies from scratch in a startup or early-stage environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to improve recruiting processes
- Excellent consultative communication skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Experience utilizing AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and market research
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (preferred)
- Experience in employer branding or talent marketing (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership across various functions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer negotiation
- Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies, utilizing online databases, communities, events, and creative approaches
- Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing efficiency, personalize outreach, and analyze candidate pipelines
- Develop structured interview frameworks, evaluation criteria, and offer workflows in collaboration with the People team
- Use data and metrics to evaluate recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives by proactively building sourcing strategies that reach underrepresented communities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing insights and managing expectations
- Stay informed on market trends and incorporate innovative recruiting techniques to attract top talent
