Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Social Media Coordinator to plan and execute recruiting campaigns across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with hiring goals.
  • Develop targeted social media strategies aimed at attracting qualified candidates for field, shop, and office roles.
  • Identify and analyze target audiences, guiding messaging to maximize engagement and candidate quality.
  • Engage directly with potential candidates through comments, direct messages, and participation in social groups to foster relationships and answer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by actively sourcing and engaging with community groups and social platforms.
  • Collaborate on content creation, providing insights on recruiting needs, job-specific messaging, and campaign direction to enhance visibility.
  • Support job promotion efforts through organic and paid social media initiatives, coordinating with the Social Media Coordinator for execution.
  • Screen and qualify candidates sourced via social channels, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as applicant flow, engagement levels, conversion rates, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Continuously test and refine recruiting strategies based on data analytics and emerging social media trends.
  • Stay current with social recruiting trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain effective outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator by providing hiring priorities, insights, and content ideas, including videos, posts, and storytelling that showcase company culture and opportunities.
  • Support content capture during field or shop visits as needed, leveraging the coordinator for production and posting tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall recruitment strategy and organizational goals.
