About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at the new Connecticut facility located in Plainfield. This pivotal role involves managing the full recruitment cycle to support the staffing needs of our expanding warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles, from entry-level positions to specialized technical and managerial roles. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization while working in a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition is required, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and sourcing tools such as social media platforms and job boards is essential. The role also requires willingness to travel for recruitment events and initial training at Uline’s North American locations. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting activities to support staffing across all levels of warehouse operations, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and sourcing tools to identify and attract active and passive candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with recruiting agencies, educational institutions, and talent organizations to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in recruitment events and travel as needed to support talent acquisition efforts across North America.
