About The Role We are seeking a talented and high-energy Recruiter to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing significantly to our talent acquisition efforts. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-quality candidates across various departments, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent to support our rapid growth. The role involves managing relationships with outside search firms, training managers and executives on effective recruiting techniques, and assisting with HR initiatives such as corporate training, employee development, and policy updates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, with experience in both agency and in-house environments, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, remote setting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a strong performance record
- Experience in both agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting preferred
- At least one year of freelance or contract recruiting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with HR systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates through various channels including networking, cold calling, job fairs, advertisements, and college campuses
- Screen resumes and candidates using HR systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records daily
- Manage relationships with external search firms to attract top talent
- Train managers and executives on effective recruiting and networking strategies
- Assist in selecting and implementing new HR technology and tools
- Support corporate training and employee development initiatives
- Participate in compensation planning and policy updates
- Contribute to ongoing recruitment campaigns to ensure a continuous talent pipeline across all departments
- Provide consulting support for HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
