About The Role Givebutter is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team and support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers. Partnering closely with hiring managers across various departments, you will identify, engage, and secure top talent to meet the company’s strategic objectives. Your strategic thinking and operational expertise will ensure a smooth, engaging, and efficient candidate experience at every stage of the process. You will play a pivotal role in building robust talent pipelines, driving process improvements, and shaping how Givebutter attracts and retains high-caliber professionals. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter with a passion for creating inclusive hiring practices and leveraging technology to optimize recruitment workflows. Candidates based in Austin, TX, San Francisco, CA, or Seattle, WA will be prioritized for consideration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and searches simultaneously with high-quality outcomes
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Ashby)
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, Juicebox, and role-specific job boards
  • Excellent understanding of search filters, outreach techniques, and candidate engagement strategies
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and utilize data-driven insights for process improvement
  • Comfortable with recruiting automation, AI tools, and technology-enabled workflows
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, from initial kick-off through offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview plans, and establish hiring timelines
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines within our ATS (Ashby), ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up
  • Create a consistent, positive candidate experience at every touchpoint throughout the recruitment process
  • Utilize data, hiring metrics, and feedback to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve pipeline health
  • Leverage recruiting tools, automation, and AI enhancements to streamline workflows and elevate candidate interactions
  • Maintain and enhance recruiting documentation to support scalability and process consistency as the team expands
  • Collaborate with People Operations to facilitate smooth onboarding and transition for new hires
