We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Recruiter to help build the foundational teams for our studio and its portfolio companies. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of top-tier talent, focusing on engineering, operations, and growth roles. This role is perfect for a builder who thrives in fast-paced, “zero-to-one” environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from defining roles with founders to closing candidates.
- High-Volume Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage the top 1% of talent across technical (AI/ML, Full-Stack) and non-technical (GTM, Operations) functions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, professional, and high-touch experience for every candidate in our pipeline.
- Process Management: Utilize our AI-driven recruiting tech stack to automate top-of-funnel sourcing while maintaining personalized engagement.
- Founder Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio founders to understand their specific needs and provide market-driven talent advice.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in our tracking systems and provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring velocity.
Professional Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth startup, agency, or venture-backed environment.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to navigate the modern AI and software stack and evaluate candidate aptitude effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to pitch the Foundersmax vision with conviction.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of managing multiple diverse roles simultaneously in a remote-first setting.
- Execution-Focused: A bias for action, speed, and quality, aligning with our culture of high-performance.
