Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Houston, TX. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. They will also facilitate onboarding, communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruiter will maintain recruitment databases and generate reports as needed.

• Sourcing and candidate attraction skills
• Interviewing and assessment skills
• Onboarding and coordination skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and maintaining databases
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
