Job Description: Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support our client. This role is a critical first point of contact and will be responsible for both front desk duties and various administrative functions to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and prepare shared spaces each morning, including setting up displays and ensuring kitchen areas are clean and stocked.
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a professional and welcoming office atmosphere.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, route them appropriately, and document relevant call details.
  • Collect and sort daily mail and interoffice correspondence; manage outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with maintaining organization and cleanliness of office common areas including the conference room and kitchen.
  • Provide general support to executives and staff as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as laminating staff badges and preparing mailings to regional offices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (ability to update, edit, and print reports).
