You are excited about this opportunity because you will

• Assist in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Prepare maintenance work orders from residents and staff.
• Accept delivery packages, mail, documents, and notify the resident of delivery.
• Make photocopies, send faxes, and perform other office tasks.
• Schedule room requests.
• Assist Director of Administrative Services with projects and assignments.
• Perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

We are excited about you because you

• Have experience working in an office setting.
• Have excellent telephone communication skills.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Can pass a preemployment drug screen and criminal background check.

All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
