Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Manager role based in Memphis, TN. The Real Estate Manager will oversee the day-to-day property management responsibilities, including lease administration, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of a high-rise office building in downtown Memphis. The Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real estate solutions, supervise operational budgets, and ensure compliance with leases while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Property Management, including overseeing commercial building operations and maintenance
- Proficiency in Lease Administration and thorough knowledge of lease structures and agreements
- Experience in managing Leases and ensuring compliance with lease terms
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets and trends
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPM, real estate license) are a plus
