What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database
- Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies found in the data
- Adhere to privacy and data security regulations
- Assist in creating reports and presentations using the acquired data
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary
- Solid background in data entry or a related field
- Strong understanding of the language and procedures used in real estate
- Proficient in computers, including the MS Office suite and data input programs
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a real estate-related field is a plus
- Familiarity with data management software or tools
- Strong communication skills, particularly in a remote team setting
