Requirements

Must have:

– Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school – Licensed attorney in good standing with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mass torts law – Proven expertise in multidistrict litigation (MDL) – Outstanding negotiation abilities to secure favorable results for clients – Advanced research skills to investigate complex cases and identify all potential defendants – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey complex legal issues to clients – Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple cases concurrently while adhering to deadlines – A genuine passion for advocating on behalf of individuals and communities impacted by mass torts – High ethical standards and professional integrity

Responsibilities:

  • Represent plaintiffs in mass tort litigation, safeguarding their rights and ensuring appropriate compensation – Conduct comprehensive investigations to pinpoint all potential defendants and strengthen cases – Draft and file necessary legal documents, including complaints and motions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness – Negotiate settlements for plaintiffs, aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes – Stay abreast of developments in mass tort law and relevant updates that could influence cases – Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff for efficient case management – Provide clients with regular updates on their case status, ensuring clarity and understanding of the process – Engage in multidistrict litigation (MDL) as needed, coordinating with fellow attorneys for optimal representation
