Radar and Signal Processing AI Engineer Lead

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – Proficient in modern MLOps pipeline training and analysis steps including labeling, model export, and monitoring – Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Git, and CI/CD practices – Experience with Python and libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas – Capability to obtain a Secret government security clearance – Strong understanding of radar systems engineering and machine learning operations – Exceptional self-management, time management, and collaborative skills – Must be a US Citizen due to work requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of deployed AI systems, enhancing the ML monitoring and update processes – Analyze client data to evaluate ML model performance and pinpoint improvement areas – Update and develop machine learning models in response to changing operational needs – Work alongside cross-functional teams to rapidly iterate and enhance solutions – Maintain deployed products through machine learning operations best practices
