* Compensation**

  • The pay for this position is $31.84 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on eligibility dates

** Schedule**

  • ** Monday — Friday ** – 8:00 AM — 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM — 5:30 PM EST

** Position Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and fluent English–Spanish Translator to support document translation and administrative needs at a manufacturing site in Canaan, CT . This role supports Quality Document System Management by translating and reviewing regulatory and operational documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective communication across teams.

** Responsibilities**

  • Download English-language documents from SAP systems
  • Upload documents for Spanish translation using approved workflows
  • Review translated documents for accuracy, context, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to validate translated content
  • Maintain organized records of translated documents, including version control
  • Support cross-functional teams with translation and language needs
  • Apply document formatting and editing skills using Adobe software
  • Optional: Facilitate English as a Second Language (ESL) courses for Spanish-speaking staff

** Requirements*
* Education:**

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred , or equivalent combination of education and experience

** Experience & Skills:**

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience with document translation and review processes
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure contextual accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work on straightforward tasks using established procedures
