Quality Analyst – National Remote

2. About the Opportunity:

The Quality Analyst role is designed to monitor and audit the work of external quality analysts to ensure adherence to standards. This position contributes by providing actionable feedback and coaching to external partners, thereby improving the quality and compliance of service delivery. The role supports the organization’s commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory compliance, playing a key part in enhancing overall customer experience and operational effectiveness.

3. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and audit external quality analysts’ calls

• Present findings and coach external partners for quality improvement

• Administer programs and monitor compliance with credentialing and training requirements of external agents

4. Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or 1+ years of quality monitoring experience

• At least 1 year of experience presenting findings to stakeholders

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or producer help desk environments

• Prior quality monitoring experience

• Experience coaching or training others

• English/Spanish fluency

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Hourly pay ranges from $20.38 to $36.44 based on full-time employment and factors such as location, education, and experience

• Additional benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility
