What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze program performance data including cost, utilization, risk adjustment, medical claims, and quality metrics
• Use SQL and Python to query and manipulate large healthcare datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards to communicate performance to stakeholders
• Support the design and evaluation of initiatives focused on quality improvement and cost containment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, population health, managed care, or program evaluation roles
• Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
• Experience synthesizing complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, provider networks, and quality improvement concepts
