What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze program performance data including cost, utilization, risk adjustment, medical claims, and quality metrics
- Use SQL and Python to query and manipulate large healthcare datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards to communicate performance to stakeholders
- Support the design and evaluation of initiatives focused on quality improvement and cost containment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across data sources and reporting
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, population health, managed care, or program evaluation roles
- Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
- Experience synthesizing complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, provider networks, and quality improvement concepts
